The walking tour consists of walking from the meeting location to Uhuru Park, through the park, to the site of the 1998 American embassy bombing, to the National Archives, to the City Market, and to a local restaurant for local food. The tour with a short ride on the public bus to my hotel. Overall, I think the tour is... More

We were picked up an hour late as we booked at the weekend and no one had checked emails - the guy on the phone was very rude. However, when we did get picked up the driver was very nice. We went first to Elsamere which was good then to Hells Gate. The walk was more strenuous that I was... More

Catch the great view of the Nairobi City skyline at sunset from the top of Uhuru Park in Upper hill. It is stunning! I was amazed at the breathtaking view as I stood at the top of Uhuru Park and looked down on the city and its skyline.

Great end-2-end experience! Booked the trip online, got voucher/confirmation straight away. The guide was picking me up on time in the reception of my hotel (Kivi Milimani) and showed me around in central Nairobi. Very knowledgeable and approachable he was keen to answer all questions that I had. If you have a few hours to spare in Nairobi I highly... More

Nairobi Urban Adventures offer a five-hour walking tour around the city. Lunch at a 'typical' Kenyan restaurant is included. A local guide accompanies visitors (this tour can run with just one participant) around the main sights and gives info along the way. This is a great way to get to know central Nairobi and provides an excellent opportunity to ask... More

I visit this place often while in Nairobi. This is formerly a white settlement area and has very serene hotels and restaurants. I like the masai market outside the crossroads shopping mall. They have very nice traditional things but be keen to burgain as well. The newly refurbished Dormans coffee shop is a great place to have your Kenyan coffee.... More

Nice outing. My wife and son totally loved it. Close contact to the animals was quite thrilled. Even more thrilled to know that the saliva of a giraffe was antiseptic in nature. Met new and hospitable friends. Highly recommended.
