A calm amongst the chaos in Kenya- this garden is perfect for a tranquil weekend day when you want to relax and take a nice lunch amongst the garden's flowers and the shaded seating area. Fun Fact: Karen Blixon wrote Out of Africa! We showed up with 20 people for lunch on a Sunday and were able to get seated,... More

Very attractive grounds and a lovely cafe with a fairly complete menu. Food was good, service attentive and the price fairly reasonable. You could do much worse.

Our group had a wonderful lunch here at the end of our safari. Service and food were great. The sun was shining and the grounds were beautiful. A wonderful way to end an amazing adventure

As a Nairobi resident I waited until an out-of-town visitor came before trying this restaurant for lunch. We came because I've been told that this is a great place for lunch in Karen. I made a reservation, and when we arrived were promptly seated in a nice round table, outside, under a beautiful shade tree. On the table was a... More

A great place to have lunch on a sunny Nairobi afternoon. The service is good and the food tasty. But the garden is delightful.

This charming house and grounds were definitely worth a visit. You get an individual guide who will tell you all about the history of the place. It takes about 30-40 minutes to go through.

Following an energetic morning looking at Elephants and Giraffes this made a great place to pause for lunch in Karen before going back to Nairobi. The restaurant is set in a lush garden which is very pleasant and the food whilst not the cheapest in town is high quality as is the service. We thought it was on a par... More

It has a great outside (or inside) atmosphere and the food is quite nice. I really enjoy the iced coffee and they have a good selection of drinks and cocktails.
