A day trip to Nairobi National Park is a must! Lots of game, and 4 out of the big 5 are here. Easy routes, and proximity to the city make it affordable, and easy and access.

In a few hours was able to see, Rhino, a lioness, zebra, giraffe, hippo, ostriches, and many unusual birds. Incredible to see so close to the city, well worth supporting.

Let me start this review by what I don't like about the park: Kenya Wildlife Services slow, nonchalant way of ensuring you pay or don't pay. We arrived at the park at 0630am and it took one hour for us to get through the gate. Not that there was a long queue (as payment system is automated) but the verification... More

Except Elefants you find the Big Five in the NBO-NP. Only a few visitors. Several Picnic Sites to leave the vehicle (be careful, at Leopard Viewpoint we met a lion in the nearby bushy area). The gravelroads are dry at the moment, but prefer a 4W Car to reach even regions out of the way.50 US$ entrance fee for non... More

An escape from the city within the city-easy to get to when you need to get away and want to see animals in natural environment and habitat

Nothing much to see here. Barely see any of the big 5. It's just a name remaining. Not worth the money nor the time.

We took an excursion to Nairobi National park and it was so nice to see the only National park in a city in the world. it was a hot day so there were very few animals but we saw some lions in large numbers it was refreshing.

The singing of my next visit to this friendly, lovely place is the norm at my place.... My kids enjoyed themselves as much as I did and for that reason my plans for the next visit is over due. If you love the animals then this is the place.
