Having had 2 weeks chilling in the sun in Sharm El Sheikh we were ready for our cultural exploration. El Sahel flew us from Sharm and Ahmed met us personally at the airport. We then spent a fantastic 1 1/2 days exploring Luxor & Karnak before heading off on the Nile Cruise to Aswan. Ahmed, who owns the company, and... More

I cannot praise the professionalism and genuine care given to me during my stay in Luxor. All trips are expertly organised with excellent English speaking guides. If you can ask for Adham, a true gentleman who will help you tailor make your itinerary with absolute clarity on cost, you can compare prices with other tour operators and the may seem... More

We hired El Sahel to take us on a Nile cruise where we saw Luxor, Karnak, Hatshepsut’s temple, the valley of the kings, Edfu, Kom Ombo, the Aswan dam and the Philae temple. We also hired El Sahel to take us to Cairo to see the Egyptian museum and the pyramids. The Nile cruise was excellent, the staff on the... More

Although we didn't book a private tour, we were treated to a private tour of Luxor which meant we were in control of the time and what we wanted to do. The tour guide was pleasant and informative and 'cause of him, I'll never forget hot chicken soup! I highly recommend this company

Artificially built area on the Red see – holiday resort north from the Hurghada city. Small boats will take you inside the turquoise lagoon braided by romantic villas and luxurious hotels. Colour of the water is unbelievably blue and views are very romantic. In the other hand not a lot of activities could be done there (except kiting or dining)... More

I concur with everything people have said so far about El Sahel Travel. I booked a private trip from Hurghada to Luxor and it really lived up to my expectations: well organised, informative, and friendly. I wish Adam at El Sahel and Egypt all the best Marcus
