Traveled with my daughter, we had a great time. There were vendors and small children peddling there wares but they were harmless. There was not much of a crowd so it was great! More

More impressive than the Pyramids! Carved on a single piece of limestone (except the legs) this mysterious lion with woman head is something you’ll remember all your life. Of course it is worth the visit,but make it early to avoid the heat and crowds.The site is less open that others,so the crowds press on you a bit. More

You can no longer go up to the Sphinx, but you can get close enough to it to take great pictures. Be a bit patient to find a time when you can take pictures without anyone crowding around you.
