We stayed for 7 nights aboard the Grand Rose and what an absolute pleasure it was. You really do get 5 star service all the way. The ship itself is immaculate, the rooms are very clean and tidy and the housekeeping staff are amazing. They clean your rooms twice a day and leave little 'towel art' presents on your bed.... More

Memorable, relaxing cruise on the tranquil Nile, guided by the best tour leader Egyptologist on the Nile Maged Habib ( call me Magic), unbelievable ancient monuments to visit, well maintained cabins and public areas, looked after by friendly staff such as waiter Emad, barman Pop and head chef (no name tag) and room boys, menu with plenty of variety. Also... More

I have to say that having traveled worldwide - the Egyptian people are among the friendliest i have come across. Our rooms were cleaned and tidied twice... More

Just returned from a wonderful cruise on the Grand Rose. What a beautiful boat. It has a very classical interior and all aspects of the boat are kept immaculately clean. Staff are all amazing and do everything they can to ensure your comfort and enjoyment, all with a smile. There was a huge variety of food which was always hot... More

What can I say, travelling long the Nile in luxury, the magic of ancient Egypt, nothing can compare. I travelled from Luxor to Aswan. This cruise is complete luxury. All cabins have views, ours had floor to ceiling sliding windows, ensuite sauna and jacuzzi, room serviced twice a day, including changing towels, nothing too much trouble for the staff. A... More

In 2008 I did a Nile cruise with Cosmos on the Magic 1 boat. We sailed from Luxor to Aswan taking in all the historical sites. A few times we woke up in the morning already moored up for the next historical visit. The food was very good and all the staff were excellent in making our holiday pleasurable, especially... More
