Bukchon village, Hanok houses, old style Korean architecture. Very little remains of this type given the vast destruction during the Korean War and the phenomenal development including massive skyscaperisation in last 15 years or so. It is generally quiet here if you leave the main street which has little worth visiting. There are a few examples of beautiful architecture here but I believe there is talk of destroying them for more profitable construction. Few people seem to visit the area.
