What an amazing day on hideaway island. The snorkelling was amazing 2 meters away from the shore and you are smirking with the most beautiful fish ... One small downside was not being able to take our eske onto the island with our picnic lunch however that said they did not rip us off with outrageous prices... Beach bar and... More

Snorkeling is amazing - so many fish!!! Everything is close to shore and just below the surface so it's suitable for even novice snorkelers.

Stayed elsewhere and just popped over for an afternoon of snorkelling. The whole experience was fantastic. It does cost a bit but worth the money we think.

Cost of admittance was very reasonable and the snorkeling was brilliant lots of fish and different variety's. Coral was a bit sparse but you can see were they are attempting to regenerate. The kids loved the underwater... More

Great snorkeling - loads of fish. It's a novelty to post a postcard underwater. Only costs 400 vatu. Good food at cafe. Really enjoyable

the family was really looking forward to this experience but the endless amount of dead coral and the small number of fish left us very disappointed. the entry fee was reasonable but we left underwhelmed by our whole hideaway island experience. the snorkelling on Lelepa Island is far superior

Plenty of fish to see, but the coral is mostly dead and not particularly diverse. The range of fish was not very diverse either. There is no nice sandy beach to lie on as it is all made from dead coral. The 1250 vatu entry charge to the island is a bit rich considering they do not provide anything for... More

Cost about 5000 vatu for a family of 5 plus another 1500 vatu per person for goggle/flipper hire. Nice relaxing spot. Reef shoes a must because it is broken coral rather than sand.
