Really good snorkelling, especially if you go out to the floating platforms and then head left along the drop off.

We walked to island at low tide, good snorkelling. Rather harsh coral on beach, definitely reef shoes to be worn here.

While you catch a barge to the island you can walk from the mainland shore at low tide but here is a fee to access the island at the barge jetty and staff will wait if you walk over. I walked around the island in 10 minutes but it is rocky on the sea side. It is a resort so... More

Nice place to chill for the day for snorkelling, coffee cheap but everything else overpriced. Underwater post office cool!

the major part of the island/beach is only accessible for people who stay there. for diving, i think there is no need to go this island.

lovely day trip, beautiful beach and snorkelling just off the beach, nice spot for a light lunch and a cold Tusker beer! $1000VT each to get in which includes the boat transfer too and from the island, 5 minute boat trip. options for glass bottom boat tours etc, very enjoyable spot for a day trip away from the resort.

Coral beach that you cant walk on and sunbeds that you have to sit up in (I'm bitter because my front side was sunburnt so this meant instead of being able to lay on my front i had to stay out of the sun). They will try and make money out of you at every turn (entrance fee, snokel goggle... More

We visited Hideaway for a day of snorkelling, it was great, easy bus trip from Port Vila, boat waiting to transfer us the very short distance to Hideaway where the white sand and the lovely facilities were very welcoming. Great snorkelling, great beachside restaurant and bar, we all really enjoyed our day.

This little island was amazing. The beach was a bit hard underfoot so I would recommend reef shoes and the underwater post office is a very novel idea. The kids loved it. The snorkelling was good and the relaxed atmosphere on the shore was awesome.
