I enjoyed my dive with Nautilus. Great people - very friendly and informative. Good location (Port Vila), very thorough, very professional, nice fruit n cake post dive. Highly recommended. Thanks, Mark

All the crew at Nautilus were great. Overall trip to Vanuatu was fantastic and our scuba experience with these guys was the icing on the cake. My wife and I had not been diving for 6+ years so it was a little daunting going back into the water but they crew at Nautilus soon had us comfortably in the water... More

I started with an introductory dive, and ended up doing my certification while in vanuatu. The team was great, they made it easy, and made me very comfortable. They are professional and know the area well. There is a high attention to the customer's ability and they match the ability to dive. I was very well looked after by everyone.... More

With the high turnover of instructors at dive businesses across the Pacific, its probably pot luck if you get a bad one, but Jake and Kim at Nautilus were both great. The good thing about learning at Port Vila is the number of great dives for beginners so close by.

We went out past the harbour and dived 2 sites, one at pango point, the other was twin bommies. I had heard bad things about visibility in the main Harbour around the Star of Russia but it certainly wasn't the case at these sites being further out. Vis was over 18 metres. Crew were knowledgeable and helpful, plenty of marine... More

In this trip I had to little amount of weights and when I asked for more the instructors told me no. The whole trip the instructor and my friend spent pulling me down. Someone else had the opposite problem. He had too many weights and struggled coming back up. Tho the instuctors were professional this was a disappointing trip.

I completed my Advanced Open Water course with Nautilus in October. I contacted Leanne before I arrived and she replied very promptly. I was able to have everything organised to go diving on my first morning in Vila. The diving was amazing (3 turtles on my first dive!), Michael my instructor was fantastic and all the staff are very friendly.... More

I have never written a review before but have felt compelled to do so this time, I went diving with Nautilus, having not dived for 8 years (life, young kids etc..) Having going to a few other companies in Port Vila, i decided to go with Nautilus as the staff were very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable of the local... More

On the plus side they let my husband come out on the boat to go snorkelling with no charge. However apart from the female staff member the others did not bother to talk to you- nice touch drawing the dive sites so you could see where you were going but on some of the dives the lead divers did not... Hi Denise, Yes I remember you, you dived the Star of Russia and Konanda Wreck on the 1st day and if my memory serves me correctly as the dive boat was heading back from the morning dives I received a phone call from one of our staff members asking what dive sites we were diving the next morning. That dive... More

Excellent dive operator - I contacted Leanne and Pete by e-mail before we left home to see what dive sites they offer, and got a great summary and map file back. Because I was booking ahead, they let me choose which date and dive site and scheduled their other op's around that. On the dive day, I jokingly asked for... More
