Service is self-service, worst among the other dive operators I used in Bali, Lembeh, Maldives, HK...etc Base on collection of feedback from other divers, Sam's Tour and Neco Marine are much much better. Fool on me my first time in Palau is inexperienced but next time will choose a better one. More

The divemasters,boat captains and shop presonnel were all superb. The diving is all it is reported to be and better. However, they only supplied cool to warm water as a "drink'on the boats. We had a day off after our live aboard and wanted to go back to some of the "specials". We were given all the support and advice one would expect and had a great day. We arrived back fairly late and the owner took time out to make enquiries to ensure we had no promlems.... Impressive! More
