The waterfall is nice, but something amazing. It is though a good hiking exercise to get there. There is also a posibility to take a monorail train or a zip line down the hill. I highly recommend taking the monorail train up the hill if the physical condition is not that good. Prices are negotiable... :) Also do not miss... More

Standing in the Ngardmau Falls on Babeldaob Is., the biggest and highest in Palau, was very refreshing after the long, hot walk down to it. The hike back up was obviously much tougher and made up for days not spent at the gym. I can't find any official length for the hike, but I'd bet it was over a mile.... More

While we the there the guys who run it had a dying sea turtle in a polistyrene crate, some wild caught fruit bats in a tiny cage and an alligator in another tiny pen on a painful looking wire leash... The Zip lining was ok but there are much better waterfalls in the area so please don't go and give... More

A very secluded waterfall. You can either zipline down or take a cable car, but I highly recommend the zipline. You truly feel like you're in a secluded paradise here. A must see if you're in Palau!

Ten dollar entrance fee. 30 dollars if you want to take the monorail both ways. One way it is 20 dollars. I walked down, about 40 minutes. It is steep in places and can be slippery, especially if it rains. You can get a walking stick at the entrance and I would suggest doing that. The walk is through the... More

We took a day tour around Palau with guide which cost 200 dollars. We visited the falls which has a ten dollar entrance fee. There is a long downhill walk to get there which goes through rainforest which is interesting. It is possible to get a small funicular ride when it is working. It wasn't,t when we visited and there... More

Once you're done with the ocean (Milky Way, Jellyfish lake, snorkelling, kayaking), on the last day of most package holidays you'll go to this waterfall. It's a lovely 30-45 minutes walk from the bus to the waterfall, past an old ancient railway track, past a touristy zip line and wading through rivers, and at the end is a very pretty... More

We went there by rental car. 10$ per person entry. It's a scenic way down but quite a climb back up. There is a monorail you can take back up but then you need to pay before going down. The water is nice and cool but at least when we were there, swimming is not possible as the water was... More

Worth it, but don't count on "swimming" in the pool beneath the falls. The falls are very powerful, the pool shallow, the mist intense. The walk is hot, many steps, but worthwhile.
