Ngardmau Falls was one of the first adventures I had on land in Palau. You have to drive about 30 minutes from Korror. There are people that sit at the base of the hike that charge for parking ( I don't think they're legit, and it was only a couple dollars I believe.)The hike is easy but you have to... More

We sandwiched an excursion out here between our two Rock Island excursions. We were a bit apprehensive, but did it ended up being nothing short of spectacular. We stopped at a fruit farm which was very interesting. Then went to the waterfall (there are two, but Ngardmau is the bigger of the two). We trekked downhill for 1.5 miles to... More

We rented a car for our trip to Palau so we did not have to pay a tour group to go. (The drive up to Ngardmau is very user-friendly on a newly constructed road by the american army core of engineers.) We paid $10 each for the park entrance and hiked down about 20 mins to the waterfall. The hike... More

You need to walk a while to the huge waterfall or you can take the zipline to it.

I am not a good mountain climber. Don't really enjoy hiking very much. But Impac Tours guides were with me the whole time guiding me and helping me through all the journey of the water fall. When I actually reach waterfall, I did not regret what I had to go through to get there. Amazing... I really recommend the waterfall... More

The falls are okay. Its nice to get out of the ocean for a day, but the falls aren't spectacular. They're nice, and the hike is nice. But don't feel like you're missing out if you don't come here. I was dissapointed that the pool in front of the falls wasn't deeper. You can wade here but you can't swim.... More

The scene when you get to the waterfall is just breathe-taking! It is a nice hike down to the falls but be prepared to hike up or choose to take the monorail back to the top. If you have spare cash, I would advise to do the zipline down to the falls. Once there, relax and soak yourself in the... More

This is a long hike down, but worth it. There were pools along the way, and beautiful scenery. Wear good shoes for the water and stability, as it get slippery by the water.

This is a nice hike down to the falls. It was fairly steep but there were steps. Some places were wet and slippery. If you can't walk, for a fee, there is a lawnmower engine propelled monorail to take you down and back up. There are also zip lines to separate the tourists from their money. And don't forget the... This isPalau´s premier waterfall. The path leading to the waterfall is well maintained and takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the bottom. For those visitors needing a bit more excitement, a zip line provides a wonderful opportunity to see the area from above the canopy. For those less adventurous, a cabel car is also available. While some may feel that... More
