at this concert hall. We attended a jazz performance in the small theater so did not experience the main concert hall, but it was good acoustically and we enjoyed listening to Colombian musicians' version of jazz.

The Teatro Mayor and Biblioteca Julio Mario Santo Domingo in Bogota are truly amazing examples of what the wealth of a generous family can do for the public when put to use properly and imaginatively. If you are in BOG check them out and see if they have anything going on. To tell you the truth, I've even traveled to spend weekends there and see the concerts or overall events they usually have. The concert halls themselves are modern and well designed. the acoustics... just wonderful too. Try it out!
