What a lovely day with the best guide you could ask for. I was a little nervous about this at first because scheduling the tour was a little ambiguous. However, German picked us up promptly at 9am and spent 10.5 hours making sure that we had a wonderful day. The tour is billed as 9 hours, (I don't see how... More

I took a personalised one-day tour to the Salt Cathedral and a tour of Bogota. German (pronounced Hermann) was my tour guide and he was fantastic. He was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and spoke excellent English. We chatted as friends all day long and he was happy to change things as we went along. It was like having a local... More

Traveling alone in Colombia may feel daunting or boring but it doesn't have to be. I enjoyed discovering the Laguna and Zipaquira with my guide German. Make sure to bring comfy shoes and water to hike to the Laguna. Dress in layers. The Salt Cathedral in Zipaquira is not to be missed! What an awe-inspiring site to visit. I recommend... More

We made a deposit for a private tour and confirmed the date and time to be picked up. We waited half an hour before trying to call and see if something came up, but could not reach anyone from the company by phone or email. After two hours with no sight or word we gave up and tried to find... More

We took a tour with German to Laguna de Guatavita and Zipaquira and the Cathedral of Salt. German picked us up from our apartment in the morning. It took about 2 hours to drive to Guatavita and about another 1 1/2 hours from Guatavita to the Cathedral. German was an excellent tour guide who know everything you needed to know... More

I had a six hours visit of Bogota with German. The visit was really interesting and Bogota' is an interesting city to visit. A six-hour visit gives you a good overview of the city. My guide was German. He is a very professional guide, very flexible and willing to change things to best suit your needs. Different from many similar... More

I use guides alot! My Bogota guide with toursofcolombia was German. Had his own car and we went EVERYWHERE. The traffic is horrendous. You must ease in bumper to bumper until about the fourth car you get in! He was over 30, strong, single, very prompt, opened car doors, had water for me. Never felt safer. As a single older... More

We took the day tour to Laguna Guatavita with this company and found it very disappointing. From the time we left in a shabby car with a missing seatbelt in the back [sorry guys, we Yankees are pretty uptight about wearing seatbelts, especially in the horrendous traffic of Bogota] to the time we returned, this was not a great experience.... Excellent reviews help us sell our tours; poor reviews help us improve our service. Both are useful, so first let me say thank you to SadieMT for writing. As the many other reviews of our services attest, this tour didn't live up to our standards. As a result, we have discharged the guide who was responsible for this poor performance.... More

I can't recommend this company high enough. What a joy was having German as a guide! I hope we'll book another tour of Colombia with him next year.

We were picked up promptly by our guide, German, in a pristine vehicle for, it turns out, a private tour of the coffee plantation. The waterfall viewing was a nice break to the drive and a beautiful stop adjacent to a historic "haunted" hotel. The Coloma coffee plantation is a beautiful, boutique plantation that includes a historic, over 100 year... More
