This is a non-profit free art museum that houses art of of Latin American artists. The founders are admirers of surrealist art and look for quality work regardless of the author's reputation or market value. The museum is located in a beautiful park I the Beverly Hills neighborhood in Punta Del Este.

We had a quick stop here for 45 minutes which was enough for us. There are a good variety of paintings and sculptures from mostly Latin artists and some nice works by Dali. The galleries are nicely done, clean and whimsical, in a way. I enjoyed the art but there is not a gift shop nor a little cafe, which... More

It was a long drive (about 20 minutes) from the Port to this Museum where we passed by one beach after the other. It's a shame we could not stop and try to take a dip at these beaches. To our surprise, we had to enter a "richy" kind of neighborhood on our way to this museum. The houses are... More

Excelent beach to spend the day, even better to witness the sunset. This beach is some 20km long and very calm which make it perfect for famlies with children. Celan sand and even better waters makes it perfect.

The Ralli offers sculptures by Dali and an american sculptor, which name I forgot. They are exposed outdoors. Indoors the museum shows latinamerican contemporary paintings. The entrance is free and it´s located on a chic borough .

I went to the Ralli Museum in Punta del Este, Uruguay on March 7, 2014. It was my first time there. My cruise ship, the Crown Princess, was anchored in Montevideo, Uruguay that day. After about a two hour drive by motor coach we reached the city of Punta del Este. Part of my tour was to visit this museum.... More

It is located in the rich residential area known as the Beverly Hills of South America. There are two floors, with two courtyards with sculptures, some of Dali, and inside modern paintings by Alexander Calder upstairs and by Vilaro'. There is also free wifi.

This museum contains a large collection of mostly Latin American art - paintings and sculptures - that ranges from sort of kitschy representational sculptures to abstract expressionist paintings and includes a Botero and several Dali sculptures echoing some of his most famous paintings. Among the paintings a certain emphasis seems to be placed on surrealism but otherwise there isn't much... More
