The museum was recommended by the owner of the Posada we stayed at.

It started as a private single effort and as a private collection. It became a very good place for going with family to learn and know more about sea life.

The museum is ok to spend an rainy afternoon with your kids. It has a room for them to paint and they get to learn something about sea life. Nice.
