We visited the Kids Park Zoo for the night with three generations of the family. Sitting outside under the trees was great with two two and half year olds. The food was very local and very generous servings.

Incredibly cheap. Allows kids to get up really close to the animals. The problem with zoos is that you often exhausted at the end, having also missed a lot of teh animals. This park allows you to experience everything in a bout 3 hours at a leisurely pace. Highly recommended.
As a loner I tend to explore different places and things that I can cherish while in abroad.
One Sunday morning this Emirates Zoo pop out in my FB news feed.
I search Uncle Googz about the place so easy to get there from the city just take bus number 202, about 30minutes travel and the last stop will be...

I took my one year old daughter to this Zoo on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi City. The place is very easy to reach and well marked on the way. Zoo is very small, but the advantage is that everything is nearby, hence, the kids dont get tired (nor do the parents). Also, you can feed the animals yourself which...

This place looks small but you'll be surprised with the collection. We didn't even expect they would have a tiger but in fact they have all of them: white tiger, lion, cheetah, grizzly bear and even hyena. Wow! Impressive. The small kids will also be happy with the very close encounter with girrafe and zebra close to the hotel room....

My two sons, ages 6 and 7, were delighted with the day that we spent at this zoo, now called Emirates Park. It is small enough that we were able to see all of the animals, varied enough that we remained interested and engaged the entire day (6 hours there). They have a wonderful sea lion show, costs an extra...

The best part of this park is that you get an up close experience with all sorts of animals. The kids loved feeding and petting a whole array of animals. However, the park needs to work on developing certain areas of the resort like the resturants and toilet facilities -- not sure if I would term it as ''resort'' standard....

Great place to visit with kids, who will enjoy the opportunity to feed and pet the animals (goats, rabbits, camels, monkeys, etc. The park is just about the right size, neither the parents nor the kids get tired by walking through it, while there are still lot of animals.
