The Corniche is the stretch of sea front in Doha. It is nicely laid out with palm trees. You can get a tour with a wooden boat right for about 10QAR which is great and gives you a great view of the doha sea front and west bay. It is amazing how clean the area is .

The cornice is the stretch of sea front along Doha's city line. It is paved and has grass and palm trees on the side to the street--obviously the other side is the sea--the bay area. This is a lovely place to walk or jog--early on a Friday or Sat a.m.--before 10 a.m. and it becomes too crowded. One can walk,... More

The Corniche is outstanding in Doha. It is surrounded by incredible designed building and parks. Beautiful views of other sides of the Bay make it a must see and place to walk. There is a new museum going up near the Corniche which I understand will be completed in the near future---The National Museum of Qatar designed by Ateliers Jean... More

I completed the walk along The Corniche starting from the Islamic Art Museum end and then back again. Luckily the weather during the day was sunny, with a light breeze and acceptable temperature. On the plus side it gives you some beautiful views across the bay to the stunning sky scrappers, which at night really do come to life with... More

Walk all the way around from the diplomatic district to the museum of islamic art, about 6km. And take in the views - both night and day are wonderful. Pass a number of parks and sights on the way that can be stopped at and enjoyed.

We enjoyed a nice walk at the Cornish of Doha. Very clean, tidy and suitable for tourist. It is near to other city attractions as well as the airport. You can see the west Bay Area with its tall buildings and hotels. The best time is after 4:30pm especially in hot days. Very nice place indeed .

The place gives you a splendid view of the city. The best time to be present at this place would be post sunset when the city lights up. A nice place for an evening walk.
