I've heard many negative things about movie goers experiences at theaters in Doha. However, I decided to give it a try myself and recently went to the cinema in the City Center Mall. I went on a Tuesday night when they offer 2 for 1 movies through Vodafone. Unfortunately, I was alone so I didn't reap the 2 for 1... More

The cinema is generally ok. It benefits from a good location inside the mall. I guess there projectors are a little dated as images become very poor during action scenes. What is unavoidable to mention is the behaviour of local cinemagoers. Some may disagree with me but I do believe this is the responsibility of the cinema as they do... More

Generally nice theaters and great seats. Unfortunately had to walk out of the cinema due to locals seated behind me on their mobile and chattering amongst themselves during the film. Apparently the theater's haven't caught onto screening audience courtesy messages at opening yet. Theater was nice enough to refund my ticket price, apparently this happens more than a little bit.

Went to catch a movie here nearly every week since right in the middle of the city. But parking is a nightmare.

Cinema is good, screens are big and popcorn is nice, but for me I would tune up the sound to be more louder. Sometimes get a feeling that I'm watching a movie at home with average quality speakers. Otherwise a good place

You can hardly go a minute without someone in the theater answering a call or placing a call. The staff do nothing to stop people from chatting away throughout the movie. This occurs consistently. Furthermore, there is a terrible lingering smell on the seats

Sat in a heart of Doha, one of the biggest mall in Qatar next to Cornich, it is so big, The mall holds an wide food court to and amazing cinema theaters. A biggest skating rink contains in middle of the mall where you can enjoy locals kids playing with traditional dress code. I've been to this mall plenty of... More

The place is generally less crowded except for new movies on day 1 or 2. Most of the screens are of about 120-130 seat capacity and hence its more privatized viewing. Tickets are easy to get by, and go for the nachos without fail at the cafeteria.
