We went out on the half day trip through the desert to the inland sea and had a ball. Ibrahim was awesome. Such a great host and a great driver. Had loads of fun 4wd-ing around the dunes. Great to talk to and so hospitable. He picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back as well. Wonderful day.... More

I did the half-day trip to the desert with Arabian Adventures. I really enjoyed it and I thought the price was reasonable. Ibrahim "King of the Desert" is awesome and it was nice to be able to talk to a Qatari (which is quite rare). I would recommend this service to anybody who wants to do an excursion out the... More

I've been to three Full Moon Grooves at Arabian Adventure Desert Camp. Wow, what a blast! Dynamic drumming sessions, coupled with Brazilian Capoeria and even some Salsa on Valentines Day! Unfortunately I haven't done the Dune Bashing yet but everyone was raving about that so next time I'll sign up. Being an ardent drumming enthusiast I can't wait for the... More

Had a blast playing African drums under the glow of the full moon last Friday. Cannot ask for more especially since it was also Valentine's Day. Started the trip at 2pm from Doha. Driven to the desert in 4 x4 Land Cruisers in a convoy to the desert. Dune bashing was fantastic as skilled drivers handled the dunes with ease.... More

Excellent trip, tour guide Ibrahim made this a great tour, with plenty of Arabic music to set the scene. Went over lots of dunes with steep slopes aplenty. Very scenic landscape with back drop of The Gulf. Had tea at the campsite to warm up and then a evening blast of the dunes back to Doha. Would highly recommend this... More

We contacted AA to book a trip for our one day layover in Doha. Originally we wanted the full day trip because of all the things that were included in the description (sunset, dune bashing, sand skiing, beach, tea and dinner) but Ibrahim (manager) convinced us that we should do half day tour and assured us that we would still... Our grown up family of five booked the full day desert adventure. Our driver, Nasser, picked us up promptly at the appointed time and we headed to the desert........not the flat desert......the dunes. After a stop to deflate the tires and ride the camels, we headed out. To say that our hearts were in our throats would be an understatement... More

Was in Doha for two weeks and had the weekend free so had to do the desert safari. Price was pretty steep but I did only book for myself and Arabian Adventures was the only operator willing to accept a booking for just one person (others wanted me to pay for four). My price did however get me my own... More

I went on an afternoon safari, 4 hours. the scenery was great, driver was very skillful and we enjoyed it very much. Got to see the sun setting over the dunes. Plenty of photo stops. Only thing that could have been better was if the driver spoke a bit more English.
