One of the largest caves in the world but untapped despite its proximity to the Wadi Bani Khalid (the wonderful oasis) and has a huge hole suitable for adventurers who are interested in skydiving, but still closed treasure

First time I went there had to walk there from Ibra side of the mountains. Took a whole day to get there. Now you can drive up the Jebel from the Tiwi coast. The drive-up is somrthing else. But worth the view when yopu get to the top. Visit the air strip whilst up there

No public access unless you request a permit from the government. Better have a good reason to be wanting to abseiling down a couple hundred feet of rope, remember you've got to get back up again. The cave is a collosal space

I’m not really sure why the Majilis Al Jinn is on here as an attraction, as going into the cave is not something visitors can experience without prior permission from the authorities. The site is also completely inaccessible unless you have a very good 4x4 available to make the steep off-road journey up to the Selma Plateau where you can,... More
