Lots of shops for any taste, traffic as everywhere in Beirut, but it was nice to walk down the street, many places to have a break for a coffee or something to eat.

This street I'm sure never sleeps. Lots of cafes and shops open until late. A great place to visit. Cars a bit of a nightmare. Walk don't drive.

hamra street is very popular for shopping and walking. There are a lot of small boutiques with wonderful clothing and shoes. We bought a lot of things from over there, but take care that it's expensive and sometimes the price is not final, you have to bargain to get a few more $ off!!

Full of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and bars. A great area day or night with all sorts of options. There's a strip of bars in the middle in an alleyway.
