Its hard to walk down parts of Bliss because of blockages like around the Saudi embassy. Need to walk on the street. Most of the restaurants are fast food but check out Faysal's manouches.

University on one side, cheap cafes on the other. Less hassle than Hamra Street and interesting to watch the students coming and going.

Crowded street, cool thought. Many small restaurants to grab a quick bite. Needs a solution for traffic and parking.

If you're hungry and you don't know what to eat, then go to Bliss street, you'll find something for sure. You could also find a bunch of libraries and stationary shops since AUB is located on that street And it's walking distance from Hamra street.

You have AUB (one of the best universities in the Middle East) on one side and restaurants on the other side along the whole street. Loved Bliss street - great university vibe with funky hole-in-the-wall food spots and neat street art. I ate at Food 101 which was a really great salad bar restaurant with front street seating.

It is opne of the oldest streets in West Beirut. The American University of Beirut which was established in 1866 lies on Bliss street. Facing the AUB are lots of cafes and restaurants where students get a bite.
