The market has the perfect balance of old junk places where you can find the odd gems, new designer shops, traditional humus places and trendy restaurants with great food. Especially enjoyed shopping for gifts at Artishook galley which is a cooperative of ceramic artists; original art work for reasonable prices. We then enjoyed an absolutely lovely lunch around the corner... More

Tons of fun when they open late one night weekly in the summer - restaurants, music, street performers and interesting memorabilia for sale.

The actual flea market, not to be confused with the shouk, is very small and mostly junky stuff. The few things that are interesting, or old, seem to command a ridiculously high price. Maybe they just figured tourists will pay their outlandish prices, but I did buy a nice old dictionary for more than i would have spent at a... More

Old meets new. Hidden treasures to find. Unusual stores to explore. Parking is an issue. It is best to take a taxi from your destination to and fro. Taxis are easy to find.

The market itself is quite small. Don't expect to buy anything, yet you might find something. Most is kind of junk. It is very close to old Jaffa on the shore line. The market's neighborhood has new jazzy restaurants that are worth while through the evening too. The ambience is great.

The flea market in Jaffa is a mix of authentic small shops and new original designers stores. We had a great morning just walking around and enjoying the atmosphere. Beer and snacks in the small Authentic Tavern in located in Rabi Pinchas 13, and lunch in El Jamila restaurant located in Oley Zion 4 will make your day perfect! Guaranteed!

When I was planning my trip to Israel I knew right from the start that Jaffa will be part of my itinerary. The description about the place being the oldest part of Tel Aviv and an ancient port of Israel as well as the photos that I have seen were really appealing to me. Moreover, it is the domicile of... This market is easy to get to by walking from Tel Aviv along the beach. It's only a few minutes walk from the clock tower. Winding along the narrow alleys and the many stalls, you will find antiques, jewellery, clothes, souvenirs, pashminas etc. This old bazaar is very colourful and a great experience. Don't forget to haggle for your purchases!
