With the Yarkon River as its center this incredibly huge park runs for miles, starting from the Namal (old harbour). You can Walk, Run bike or just sit under a tree this park is the natural lung to TelAviv. It is a must to visit from East to West during your visit to this great city.

We rented green bikes and rode all around the park, which has well-marked bicycle paths that connect to the river paths and waterfront boardwalk.

The park goes on and on. It took us over an hour and a half to walk the whole thing. It has huge open areas some with grass other with natural growth. Basketball courts, playgrounds, bike paths, a river, kayaking, climbing wall, zoo (which was a bit depressing the animals need more room) and what looked like a ropes course... More

This place rents rowing and pedaling boats on the river, as well as manual operated cart-mobiles and bicycles, but proved to be pretty dismal as facility.poorly maintained, The "equipment" offered were rusty boats, dirty and full of bird droppings, Totally indifferent attendants and general atmosphere of disarray were the welcome we received when we came with two children aged 10... We had a walk along the Yarkon, starting from the Ridding Parking - all the way up to "Esser Tahanot" and it was really beautiful. The park is very nice, kept very clean and you can find on the Shvil Israel (Israel Path) drinking water, restrooms and most beautiful sites right along the river.

Aww I love this place! I keep coming back for picnincs, long walks, run or time with the dog. This park provides tranquility and offers a bubble of fresh green air in the middle of the hectic city. It will give you a feeling of nature in weekends you do not feel like roaming too far from home. Always a... More

Good running park. Very open and airy in parts. Seen some great looking birds. I used to incorporate this into my daily walk from Ramat Aviv

I crossed this area on my way from The Grand Beach Hotel to the Eretz Israel Museum. Worthwhile because I saw two black and white kingfishers - one hovered above the river for quite a few seconds. No idea what species but great to see.
