If the weather is nice, the park is a great place for a walk or bike ride. The paths are paved. Keep your eyes (and ears) open for the birds. with a water source right there, they are abundant.

Beautiful green area on both sides of the river. Nearby is an old power plant opened in 1938, actually not operational, but probably available for operation if required.

A pretty park meandering along the River Yarkon on the northern edge of Tel Aviv. Various boating options are available on the river but just to walk along the pathways and see the locals taking their children, dogs and their elderly relatives for a walk is a real pleasure. The only criticism is that dog owners are not too scrupulous... More

if you need the green "lung" than this is the place for you. Hayarokon is not as big as the Thames river, it is much smaller yet it is a fine line going through the park to the sea. Many people stroll or run here.

A stroll in the park on a Saturday afternoon is a must for any visit to Tel Aviv to be complete. You can ride bikes, rent paddle boats, or just people watch.

I love strolling the boardwalk and people watch. Great ice cream as well. The restaurants are usually hopping at night.

Looking for a jogging course? Try the Park Hayarkon at early morning or late evening. It's like every third TelAvivi is here... Continue from there to the Tayelet - great to start the day!
