Nestled in the heart of Old Jaffa's enchanting cultural hub, as close as possible to the deck of the renewed port, lies "Adina Plastelina", a workshop that opened its doors in 2004. "Adina Plastelina" brings to life the ancient Milefiori technique, using precious metals & polymer clay, to create timeless and prestigious hand-made jewelry. A visit to this unique gallery includes guidance and viewing of a hypnotic demonstration video along with watching the creation process live. The Mysterious room of "Adina Plastelina":In the year 2006, during archaeological excavations in the gallery, the ruins of a round ancient structure were revealed. The many and varied incredible archaeological artifacts that were discovered serve as a testimony to the lives and activities of local residents - who have influenced the history of Israel for 3,500 years, spanning from the late-Bronze Age until today. The exhibition is permanent and open to all with no charge.

This place should be listed under Jaffa not Tel Aviv. It is a jewelry store where the jewelry is made using an ancient Egyptian method which has been modernized. Visitors who are just there to look are made welcome. The attraction here is the ancient stone walls of the store, the short film explaining the method of jewelry making and... More

This is a really nice store in Jaffa which we came across by chance on our last visit in Israel. The handmade jewellery they offer is not only very beautiful but also the quality is extremely high. It is a lot of fun and very informative to speak to the friendly staff. Included in the shop is also a little... More

Dear Maria, I was very disappointed to read your review, I think the rate you gave us was very irrelevant and surly Not reflects the experience you had in our gallery. I can testified myself that your experience was quite successful and enjoyable, that’s because I met you personally and we even had a lovely chat. Regarding the misunderstanding that... More

This place is located close to the Old Jaffa entrance from the Port side. It has hand made jewellery and trinkets in plasticine- funky, modern, colourful but oh so expensive. The technique for making it is played on the screen in the first room. The last chamber is a bit of a archeological dig - artefacts found during renovation are... More

Dear Camille, It seems that you do recommend visiting our gallery, and even may be enjoyed during your visit in the "mysterious room" (the last chamber). As you wrote, our jewelry is hand made in our gallery one by one, and made with noble metals, so their price is accordingly. Nevertheless, we sustain a big range of prices starting 4... More

Wonderful place to shop -- the Hamsas are very unique (not only bought one for my home but also one in Portuguese for our Brasilian friends). Next time I want to buy some jewelry. Be sure to visit the mystery room and ssk to see the "Marilyn Monroe" video.

If you are in there, do not forget to visit the far cellar room, which is a small museum of the archaeological artifacts discovered here during the building restoration works. It contains things from Turks, Napoleon's, Byzantine, Roman, and older periods. And all that magnificent jewelry around it.
