The Yitzhak Rabin Center is the official memorial dedicated to the legacy of the late Israeli Prime Minister, Yitzhak Rabin. This must-see destination in Tel Aviv includes one of Israel’s newest museums, the state-of-the-art Israeli Museum, which is the only one of its kind in the country that explores the history and development of the modern democratic State using the biography of Yitzhak Rabin as a connecting thread. The compelling story of the modern state of Israel, the life of Yitzhak Rabin, along with internationally acclaimed architecture and breathtaking panoramic views of the city from its terraces, make the Yitzhak Rabin Center a must see destination for anyone visiting Israel. We came with 3 kids, ages 9, 10 and 13 (all boys). The center is divided to main road (were Rabin's life are presented) and to rooms (were Israel's and World's marks are presented). You get earphones and it is supposed to work automatically. Well, it works partially... But the kids enjoyed from the rooms much more than Rabin's story.... More

This is a powerful, well-told story of Rabin's life side by side with Israel's history. The audio guides included in the price of admission (50 NIS for an adult, less if you're a student) make the experience so much more engaging. There's a lot to see here, I'd allow at least 2.5 hours.

I must admit, being right of the man himself, I entered this museum rather apprehensively. I left not entirely unconvinced of my opinion of Rabin but nonetheless impressed but the way that this museum was laid out and quality of its content. Rabin's life and tenure in Israeli government is presented in a labyrinthine format juxtaposed with world events. The... More

You start from the top and descend on a spiral visiting the many important points in the modern history of Israel from its independence . The audio guide was automatically switching on to the videos as you passed, although it was a bit tricky to get the best position to hear it. Heartening to see many soldiers visiting also as... Near the Palmach Museum, thie Yitzhak Rabin Center follows the life and careers of this great man whose life was cut short, because he wanted peace. He was a warrior who saw the need for peace, followed his beliefs and unfortunately paid a dear price for those beliefs. This museum's audio tour is amazing and brings you into all aspects of... The life of Yitzhak Rabin superimposed over the history of the state of Israel. Walk though with a headset in your own language and at your own pace. You will be walking thorough Israel's history as if you lived it yourself. Well laid out with compelling videos and artifacts as well a personal look inside the the life of Rabin,... More

Rabin Sq is chill. It's a very wide, open space with grass and at some points concrete. The square has a lot going on- I've seen a water fight there, as well as a silent rave. Without an event going on, it's a nice place to just chill.

A beautiful place for a great man, that had his life taken away by a murderer. It is sad yet very uplifting to see that they made a centre for this great leader. I wish israel had a leader like him today.
