We visited the museum of this renowned artist in Ma'ale Adumim, a small town just outside of Jerusalem. Castel is a national treasure. His work hangs in the Knesset and in the President's home. His signature work consists of oil painting on basalt stone. The colors that Castel uses are instantly recognizable to those that know his work - distinctive... More

The museum is spectacular! Castel was an important artist. Nice view of Mt Of Olives from the second floor
