This is only our second disappointing review in the past 8 years of submitting reviews to tripadvisor. We were interested in making a reservation for a special occasion and book two simultaneous massages in the same room. We called twice and they promised to call back which they did not. Calling the third time they eventually replied that simultaneous massages... More

As a fairly new resident in Jerusalem I have been scoping out potential gyms for membership. Akasha by far has been the best....the reception staff were really helpful and the community feeling amongst all the staff really special. I as then shown to the Organic Bar, where I enjoyed a fresh smoothie. Dan at the organic bar and the other... More

The place is poorly managed and they have a different instructor every week, the receptionists do a poor job at making you feel welcome despite you having a 6th month membership and coming almost everyday- that being said, the facilities are gorgeous and it's a beautiful oasis amidst the chaos of the city.

Great spa and gym facilities. The hammam was especially nice. The staff was friendly and professional. The classes are good and generally start on time. The treatments are excellent! The spas design is such that I completely forgot where I was, time of day, etc and felt completely immerse see in a luxurious spa experience

I have a yearly membership at this spa. The health club is similar to ones in the States. They have state of art equipment and enough to go around even when the adjacent Mamilla Hotel is full. The spa area is soothing but you feel like a mouse going through a maze with all these turns and such to get... More

This spa is fantastic, clean and soothing. They have a wide range of treatments to offer and they speak perfect English at the front desk which will allow you to get all the info you might need concerning massages, etc... I personally tried a few of their treatments such as Polarity, Classic Swedish and Hammam treatment. I have to say... More

In the Akasha gym, I witnessed a member discussing graphically the bodies of the various women in the room and while the trainers were uncomfortable, no one actually said anything. At one point, one brave woman approached him and told him to stop talking and wrote a letter to the management. I think this indicates very poor management.

This spa is part of the Mamilla hotel but is open to non guests and is accessible upstairs in Mamilla Mall. The massage was fabulous - very professional and in a lovely room . The whole spa setting is very calm, clean and friendly. Robes and rubber sandals/thongs/flip flops(depending on what you call them where you come from) were provided.Great... More
