Great gym and spa here. The gym isn't huge but beautiful and has everything you need. The spa also has a great steam room and relaxation area. The health bar is also great. Imad is the best. Very nice and a great sever. Really knows how to make a great shake. I had a nice experience there.

I am an avid spa goer who enjoys deep tissue massages. I booked a massage at Mamilla- The massage i got was a horrible, painful experience. The massage therapist was rough, lacked technique, and seemed like she was in a hurry the whole time- I was shaken on the massage bed. The next morning i woke up with bruising on... More

I start my day at Akasha--there is a fully-equipped gym and a total dedication to yoga, especially Iyengar yoga. I am at Akasha every day--either for yoga or for one of the other classes or for my own workout. The trainers are polite and helpful and always willing to help or give advice. Occassionally, I treat myself to a massage... More

We booked a spa day , we came with a gift card. The manager blamed us for no reason for re using this card which wasn't true. After a couple of hours he apologized and we could tell he didn't mean it at all. The massage was poor, service beyond poor. Very disappointing.

This is only our second disappointing review in the past 8 years of submitting reviews to tripadvisor. We were interested in making a reservation for a special occasion and book two simultaneous massages in the same room. We called twice and they promised to call back which they did not. Calling the third time they eventually replied that simultaneous massages... More

As a fairly new resident in Jerusalem I have been scoping out potential gyms for membership. The place is poorly managed and they have a different instructor every week, the receptionists do a poor job at making you feel welcome despite you having a 6th month membership and coming almost everyday- that being said, the facilities are gorgeous and it's a beautiful oasis amidst the chaos of the city.
