They handled our group of 42 fast and efficiently but yet it seemed like they catered to each of us individually. Lots to see in this beautiful remote desert area. We would take the time to do this again in a heartbeat!

We made a reservation for this tour of "Abraham's Tent" with the whole family. We had a big group of adults and young children. Our tour guide, Eliezer, was wonderful and welcomed us to the location, which is beautiful. We were given the warm hospitality after our camel rides! The kids and adults enjoyed the story of the Genesis Land...

Just returned from 12 days in Israel. Went with a large church group (70 people). We had bible teaching all over the land. We spent one evening meal here at Genesis Land. Yes, it's corny. But it was a great place to rest, relax, and think about what it looked like in Abraham's time. The meal was fantastic. Just watching...

We went to Land of Genesis or Eretz Bereshit with our 3 boys aged 5, 5 and 9. We enjoyed the camel rides, fed sheep and goats, loved the stories, got our hands dirty with pita making and baking and of course eating under tents. The adults got lemongrass tea and turkish coffee, absolutely delicious. The view is spectacular and...

Ride camels are only about 3 mins, which is probably enough for most people to say they "did it". The whole set up with "Abraham" welcoming you to his tent is corny but one of those vacation things you need to do.

In between the Dead Sea and Jerusalem our group stopped off at Abraham's Tent.
It is not much to look at but everyone in our group of 35 enjoyed the experience.
You can't take yourself too seriously when you stop here. Think like a child and just enjoy the camel rides to and from the road side "reception center" to...

Our large family group included all ages. Was fun, but there was a shortage of camels, so given our time constraints, not everyone had a chance to ride as other tour groups were there as well. That was disappointing.

My extended family and I (9 people) all loved the experience of Abraham's tent. (Genesis Land was recommended to us by a friend that had visited Israel with his extended family in August 2010.) Even my 84 year old father-in-law rode the camel and had a great time. Contrary to a prior review, our host was Israeli, and not Australian....

Recently I visited Genesis Land with a group for dinner. While I use trip adivisor on all travel decisions this rating is one I must disagree with. Aside from the view over the valley, which can be had for free in too many spots to number there is no reason to waste valuable time at this place. There is the...

For a really fun family activity, this is a great place to come with the kids, especially on a day you are traveling between Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. You ride on a camel, dress up like an ancient and bake bread over an open fire. Other activities can also be arranged. It's lots of fun, and you receive a...
