It's funny , we did it a few times with the children in recent years . Riding down the middle of the desert to drink tea and pita , breather... More

Superb dessert trip on camel back, lasted an hour in a camel caravan across amazing landscapes, followed by freshly made flat breads cooked in the shade

Did the camel tour for an hour and a half and althrough skeptical to start out, we actually had a wonderful wonderful time! The guide was very down to earth and it was remarkable to hear about the treatment of the camels ( the female camels there are all rescues after being discarded by the bedouins for non-usage); the camels... Fabulous trip for all the family. You can book a day trip with Local Bedouin food and tea included, or a shorter trip depending on your ability to sit on a camel :-) In the summer wear a hat and take sun screen . It can get really HOT !

Went there this morning with my teenage son. Ever since we booked our holiday in Israel all he wanted to do was ride a camel, and I must say his high expectations were exceeded by the experience. The staff were great, our guides had extensive knowledge about the animals and it was obvious that they were well taken care of.... More

The camel ranch in Eilat is fantastic. It's a really genuine and authentic place. The camels are obviously well loved and very well taken care of. The camels are all female and so are much calmer. This is the third time I've taken the camel tour and it definitely won't be the last. Included in the tour is typical bedouin... More

During our stay in Eilat we realized we could ride on camels. This we had to try. We booked a 4 hours tour starting at 17.00. To our big surprise we were allowed to ride the camels ourselves, without being towed together. Got great instruction from our guide and could now navigate right and left, stop and start! Spent the... More

The camels were a lot of fun. Our guide was super capable. He was a bedouin jedi master, good with the camels, knowledgeable about the Negev and he put on a great show while making pita bread, hot tea and olives after our caravan arrived.

This is really a recommended attraction a few Km south of Eilat. Just drive south on 90 and take a right turn at the "camel ranch" sign. From there it's less than 2 Km into the desert. They have a few things to do on offer including different length and style of camel rides. The kids went on a one... More
