Sapphire Building, is one of Europe's tallest buildings with its antenna height of 281 meters,. at Çeliktepe in Istanbul. It is easy to reach by subway. The 4th Levent station is connected directly with. the building. It is possible to see 360 degree view of European and Asian sides of Istanbul on the Sapphire Observation Deck.from a height of 236... I came from Ataturk Aiport: i took the metro M1 until "Ataköy", then i took the metro bus until "Zincirlikuyu" and then M2 until "4.LEVENT", it costed almost 8lira and it took... More

This observation deck offers a sweeping panorama of all Istanbul and its water features without any crowding. In four visits now, my family tells me they have had the place almost to ourselves. The partially open roof and glass to the floor gives a feeling of spaciousness with fresh air, not cramped like the Empire State Building in New York.... More

The curious thing about this platform :it has glass walls, but no roof, so you don't feel yourself like in the building, as it made for example in Moscow on Ostankinskaya tower or in the observation platform in highest skyscraper of Tel - Aviv. The second interesting moment is that the elevator takes only to the first observation point, but... More

We went there for a night. The food there is quite sub-par, not recommended. Certainly you are not going there for food. Shops are with nice quality, however, the quantity of shops is too small. Not a nice shopping place. The view is pretty nice though, you can enjoy the modern buildings of the new ditrict. However, for those famous... More

The only thing interesting here is the 4D simulation where you fly with a helicopter over Istanbul. That's an interesting experience. But beside that, I wouldn't recomend it. The view is really nothing special. Unfortunately, this Sapphire Seyir Terrace is in the new european part of Istanbul, so you can't see anything interesting from the top except the Bosphorus Bridge.... More
