I was so impressed with Osman and Road Runner Travel. I had booked my own hotel and Osman traveled to my hotel when I arrived to discuss the various tour options open to me and help me choose which ones covered what I wanted to see. He gave us hints (like avoiding the "hunters" who try to whisk you off... More

Once again, Osman outdid himself at Roadrunner Travel Agency, in Istanbul, Turkey booking our 2day tour to Cappadocia. Everything went smoothly as usual from point A to point B and in between and all by Osman with his style and charm in offering more ideas to make it even more special, such as where to watch the sunset and which... My husband and I had Osman of Road Runner arrange a seven day tour of Cappadocia, Konya, Pamukkale, and Ephesus for us. Since I had done some preparation I told Osman which hotels and how long we wanted to stay in each place. He did an amazing job of putting our trip together. We traveled by planes and mini-buses, and... More

We booked two full day tours + the hot air ballon ticket for our trip in Cappadocia including the transportation by bus from Istanbaul to Göreme and back + a shuttle bus to the airport in Istanbul. Everything went perfect as it was planned before. I would go there again for booking my next trip in Turkey.

I used this tour company recently on my first visit to Istanbul. I was a bit skeptical visiting from the U.S. but since It was ranked so high on Trip Advisor I decided to take a chance. We worked with Carly who was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient with a ton of questions and always willing to... More

Somehow it all works out in the end. Road Runner is a travel agent who glues together services from all over Turkey. You get handed off between actual tour guides, hotels, and transportation companies several times per day. I expected disaster to ensue but strangely enough they're part of a well oiled machine and everything just works. I did the... More

There is a great variety of companies offering tours with more or less the same route and sites in Turkey You either start in Istanbul and go south towarda Antalya, or you start in istanbul and go east to Ankara and Cappadocia, and up along the Aegean coast back to istanbul. It wasn't easy to choose an agency. I needed... More

I have used Road Runner twice. First in April 2012, when I went with a group of friends. We took the tour to Ephesus and Pamukkale. The salesperson (can't remember his name) was really nice and explained everything and just how it was explained it happened. We were picked up at the place we were staying, had a wonderful time... When we first entered the RoadRunner Travel brunch office in Hüdavendigar caddesi I was very reluctant to hire an all-in-one travel package. I am the kind of guy who does not plan, so I had a skeptic look in my eye. However, we ended up buying a travel packed which would take us to Kapadokya and then down south to... More
