Ozzum was a great guide with a lot of knowledge about Turkish history. Having her show us around some of Istanbul's greatest historic sites definitely enhanced our experience. I would recommend seeing the historic sights of Istanbul with this company.

We visited Istanbul on a cruise ship early May 2015. We arrived early and our guide Oz (short for her name full name) was there waiting for us. I am glad we opted to pay extra for a private tour since all the sites we wanted to visit were extremely crowded and Oz was able to get us into shorter... More

After a short bus ride from the cruise ship terminal, our tour guide Emine led a small group of 11 of us on a whirlwind trip through the major sights of Istanbul: the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque, the Topkapi Palace, the Underground Cistern, the Hagia Sophia, and finally the Grand Bazaar. Istanbul was quite crowded that day, but Emine tried... More

There he was as we walked off the ship at the port in Istanbul. Mehmet was the first person we saw. And thanks to Mehmet, we feel like we got a quick immersion into life in Istanbul. While the cruise ship shore excursion participants spent the majority of their day on a bus stuck in traffic or standing in line... More

we had a wonderful day with our guide Ali. He met us at the port and took us to our first site the Topkapi palace where he avoided as may queues as possible. He explained the history of the palace and allowed us plenty of time to look around before heading off to our next stop Hag Sophia then we... More

Our tour of Istanbul with Daily Istanbul Tours was magnificent. Ayse was a great guide and went out of her way to show us all the sights of the city. She was knowledgeable, interesting and an excellent communicator. The restaurant she took us to at lunch was wonderful. This tour was a great experience and we highly recommend this tour... More

Oz is just amazing; funny, smart and engaged in all the stories behind the various cites. We began spot on time (we were a small group of 8) and Oz was so helpful at every angle (including being very sweet & accommodating re: my tricky sick stomach). If you like to really know and/or understand more about Istanbul, this is... More
