This is the tour you need if you want to understand the different sites and the history of Istanbul. Yuke was a fantastic tour guide! We had left the hotel in the morning thinking we would discover the city on our own. Then on the Ring, we heard Yuke giving explanations to a group and asked to join them..... She... More

Our guide was lovely but I really did not like the mandatory stops at certain places in the bazaar particularly as it is not mentioned anywhere when you book the tour. The carpets and jewellery were gorgeous and but I was not in Istanbul to see them. I understand the city can be incredibly busy and it must be very... More

Istanbul is friendly city specialy the area at kadikoy near Bosphorus where there is bridge over this straight & you can walk on the bridge to cross from asia to europe as both continents are elevated by hills. you can see lots of sea gulls flying over the Bosphorus & take boat to cross this straight. Near this there is... More

Yuke was our guide and did a fabulous job detailing every one of the sites on the agenda. Extremely knowledgeable and... More

The guide was very knowlegable and added stories and legends that you would not read in the guide books The tour bus meant that we did not walk all the time and it was a very comfortable ride. Lunch and entrance fees to... More

Definitely use your feet to get the most out of Istanbul's unique and esoteric atmosphere, which changes with each block. The historic sights are wondrous, indeed. However, to get the feel of the neighborhoods, the excellent small eateries, tiny tea shops, ancient neighborhoods, varied and friendly people - - - just walk around. Up and down. Across the River. Back... More

Istanbul in general is somehow very good, but not excellent, you can enjoy the oriental atmosphere and the oriental food, and shopping of course. There are specific places for the veiled women
