A beautiful small round temple with a beautiful tree and stupa outside as well More

I found the temple by chance and it was nice to look around but it was ruined by a man trying to wipe my feet clean when I was leaving, asking for money for doing it and then getting a little pushy when I wasn't forthcoming with the money. More

In a city with few really touristy stops this one has extra value because it has features (including statues) not seen at all other temples. The staff will provide cover-ups for bare shoulders and legs. More

There is nothing special about this temple. It is nice but if you want to see something with history I would vote for the Kelaniya Temple - not too far from Colombo More
