A lovely first sight of the spa and a nice dark wood appearance. Lots of choice for treatments using Spa Ceylon products. Treatment room very small and nowhere to Gand clothes, these had to be put in the floor to the side of the treatment table, not ideal. Therapist gave an ok service but lacked detail and enthusiasm. This place gets a bit too much attention in comparison to what it offers. It is cheap in comparison to western standards but much better value for money can be found for such treatments in this region. This is situated in a touristy area and looks very posh and enticing when you enter. The treatment was average and the staff... More

Wonderful relaxing massages. The therapists are very professional. Very good ambiance. Value for money though you initially feel it's priced on the higher side. The service quality from park street to Dutch hospital doesn't change.

Just called them to make a booking or to confirm my online reservation ..The guy who answered the phone had no idea what he was talking .. I think you need to train your staff on this aspect.. no matter how much you brand and advertise your products you need to hire correct people .. Please hire someone to answer... More

The massages are great but they are expensive but worth it to me. I have been quite a few times and was only disappointed my last time in as we had a foot massage so my wife is Sri Lankan and I was American. A couple of guys not doing my foot massage were making comments about me in Sinhala... More

I booked for an ultimate foot massage. As always the service was great. Total relaxing therapy with amazing hand touch that takes away the tiredness. It's an absolute experience of royal indulgence.

Summary: Skip the massage unless they improve the quality, but the products look like good gifts. -- We had two 90-min massages here for a whopping 8,500 rupees each (17,000 rupees) at their "White" spa in Columbo 7. My wife and I got a couples massage by two Indonesian women ("Bali Girls" - did not speak Balinese as far as... More

A friend who lives in Colombo brought me here, we opted for a foot and head/neck/shoulder combo at 3500 LKR. It was amazing. They use only their own products, not too oily, lovely smells, the massage is done on a special massage chair, in a darkened room, 6 chairs in a room, quiet, peaceful. They served herbal tea and a... I travel to Sri Lanka for work and I have had a few massages in different locations around Colombo, but this is one of the better locations. Not on par with the kind of spa services you would expect in Singapore or Thailand, but at least the masseuse had some relevant training and the spa itself is run to a... More

I'm in transition between jobs and after a medical check up I thought i'll treat myself to a foot ritual. The last I'd been to was ages ago at this same location and settled in. All I know is that after the one & a half hour treatment I awoke feeling like I gained a year of my life that... More
