Rawal dam supplies water to Islamabad . The area around the dam has been developed into a very nice picnic spot and is very popular with families. There is also boating, fishing plus water sports in the lake

I visited Simly Dam in recent days it is a place for persons who would like to get concentration and calm. Very nice place to spend a whole day but having your own food along with you. A CDA guest house is there but they only provide cooking facility only.

Nice place to visit, But no food items available, When you reach near Simly dam area there will be two paths leading towards dam I prefer the way that goes from tunnel. Its all natural beauty over there and nice place for photography.

Its a nice place to visit. There is still room to make it better with tourist facility. Bring in more water sport.
