Its only 20 Km away from the capital city of Islamabad. The lush green mountains give a soothing view of the city. It has few restaurants, the food is delicious with well trained staff. The place is a must visit if you want to get away from the city life. Good for families, friends and kids. The only drawback is... More

We reached there after very interesting and challanging drive. It is around 30 min. drive from Islamabad. On way we also visited Daman-e-Koh and Memorial of Airblue Aircrash which is also very charming and emotional. Driving is bit difficult for first time on sharp curves and extreme height. Pir Sohawa is good place to visit because of Nice Weather, beautiful... More

Great view of Islamabad at night and an interesting drive up to it. Go slow on the way down too if you don't want to fully interact with the drops! The Monal restaurant is there too and worth a visit for food, not as expensive as you may think. Cold in winter so take a jacket and jumper.
