I just came back from my Indochina survey trip. I was told there is not much going on in Vientiane... I have to say it changed a LOT. Apart of the normal sightseeing of the smallest capital in the world it has something else unique to offer: Carol Cassidy helped bring fame to Laos weaving. I visited her atelier and... More

We recommend the Vientiane Stopover 4days/ 3 nights. The tour is short but long enough for you to take another journey. Laos is famous as a Buddhist country and very predictable that we saw many temples along the way and Buddha statues, monks almost everywhere. It’s very sacred that it looks like the country is blessed and it turns out... More

We had a good vacation in Laos last week. The Surprise tours were all but a lot of sweet surprises. We think that we’ve felt in love with this friendly country already. This country is a layback for those who are fed up with the busy life. Even at the most fierce place in Ngum dam – the first dam... More

We made a last minute booking with Vientiane Tours company and luckily there were slots left for us. We were impressed with Nam Ngum lake in Laos, a big lake with thousands of small islands in the water. It was very nice enjoying Laos food in the restaurant next to the lake. The site of Vang Vieng is another highlight... More

Thanks to Vientiane Tours company for sending us a discount coupon for my birthday. My husband and I had a sweet holidays in the peaceful country of Laos. The amazing architecture of the stupas and the mysteries hidden in those natural caves reminds us of the time when we were young with lots of adventures and fun. Next year we... More

My buddy and I booked a one-day Vientiane city tour. I realized how useful it is reviewing the feedbacks on Trip Advisor before set out for your trip. I recommend you all to do so if you want to book a nice tour from a highly-rated travel agency. My city tour to Vientiane was a peaceful day to the the... More

We booked a 4 day 3 night tour through this agency which was recommended by our friends. The tour was awesome! We found the price extremely reasonable with such a long tour (a little bit more than 300USD each) with meals, accommodation, transfer and all other services. The tour guide spoke fine English which is quite good for us when... More

My husband and I booked a 3-day and 2-night tour for Vientiane on VientianeTours last week. The phone operator consulted us quite clearly at the beginning. Upon arrival, the pickup bus was ready and the greetings from Tai, the local tour guide. We were impressed and had a good impression throughout the tour with this guy along. Laos is among... More
