My girlfriends and I spent more 2 hours waking around the market. There are many stalls selling different items from local clothes, ornaments, souvenirs and food. If you want to try local food in Cambodia, let’s come here to enjoy. We also bought some souvenirs to always remember Phnom Penh- nice city.

Great market, lots to look at and a great atmosphere. I ate here too and it was very tasty food. Hold on to your belongings though. A friend had her bag cut open and her wallet taken out and she didn't even notice it happening.

The night markets are worth a visit just to see the daily lives of the locals. There are many shops which cater from exquisite wood or silver ornaments to fake watches. My wife and I traipsed through the markets and enjoyed the sights. If you are going to buy anything, please haggle. The prices are already tourist inflated. Careful of... More

Nice market to buy souvenirs, shirts, pants and food :-) The island bar is really nice, they serve (non-)alcoholic drinks for 1$-4$.

The food here is the best! So super yummy. Point to what you want and sit down on the mats in the middle or the seats around the edge and eat! Great value. Stalls are hectic and crowded, but good value.

I went there in the evening, as usual its very crowded. There were several shops, eateries, an singing event going on. Even though its not a huge place, it feels like lot is going on there :) You can try some local food there.

I was here one Sunday evening in April just before the Khmer New Year. I loved the vibe of this place, it was so upbeat and everyone was very friendly and willing to bargain, and each stall had a different variety. I didn't try any of the food as I had just eaten dinner elsewhere, but it all smelled and... More

A must see place on the weekend. See some local culture, fresh food and some great bargains! You can then head over to Thaitanic, a spectacular restaurant overlooking the Tonle Sap river
