You should only go to the nightmarket to ansorb the great atmosphere... There are some food stalls where you can find cheap, cambodian food and you get served on a big mat sitting on the floor. It is geat to just sit and watch the crowds;) If you are into shopping you should rather go to the central market at... More

At the end of Sisowath quay, you cross the road, to find this Night Market. The makeshift shops sell mostly clothes, bags and shows, there are a few souvenir shops as well. There is a area in the middle where people buy food, sit on the mats and eat. This market is thronged mainly by local people. Those who are... More

It's a lot smaller compared to central market. Generally, the shops are full of clothes that would not appeal to westerners. It is open from 5pm till midnight, Wednesday-Sunday. It may be good if your interested in Cambodian food as there is a few food stalls at the back of the market. If your going here for souvenir shopping I... More

If your are a tourist looking for a few things to take home as gifts this would be the place. I find it a bit uninteresting with many stalls selling watches, handicrafts and clothes. There is a stage which puts on entertainment some nights. I did find the food area very attractive with all the food looking very fresh and... More

cute little night market lots of clothes and craft stores, nice little food court situated at the back with sitting/eating area, very cheap, my favourite part is the big stage they have set up with performers full of local khmer people, its on every friday/saturday/sunday, but i hear that its open mid week also now!

Lots of cheap jeans and clothes that most tourists wouldn't likely want. Central Market has that and much more including lots of photo ops of the fruit, veg and fish stalls, souvenirs etc.

Not really my cup of tea. Very touristy but they had a great singer when I visited. Look for other markets for the real stuff

Hiked from our hotel to this night market and saw a band was playing some Cambodian music. There were a lot of people either eating or looking for some stuff. We bought our pajamas here after a lot of haggling from the vendor. NIce place to visit. You can check out my blog about our trip in Phnom Penh --www.katmeifucan.blogpsot.com

On our travels we went through the Russian market, and the Central Market, but the Night Market was the best... Everything was soooo cheap, compared to the other markets, not as much variety though as it is much smaller..
