Owner description: Daughters of Cambodia is a social enterprise empowering victims of trafficking to leave the sex industry through alternative employment. At the Daughters Visitor Centre, visitors can gain insight into the endemic of trafficking that is ravaging Cambodia while learning more about what Daughters is doing to stop it. Moreover, visitors can actually participate in our work by frequenting one of the three social enterprise businesses housed at the Visitor Centre — our fair-trade shop, cafe or women's spa — all of which provide former victims of trafficking with the vital income and skills to build thriving lives for themselves outside the horrors of the sex industry. To see the cafe's menu or a list of the spa's services, find the Daughters of Cambodia Visitor Centre on Facebook. If you have a large party, please call ahead of time to allow us to better accommodate you.

Great food and facilities for mums. Went for lunch without booking 7 people served very quickly. They give jobs to vulnerable young women.

The products in this shop are all locally made by girls transitioning out of the sex trade into other roles in society. They earn a living wage and learn self respect along with other important life schools. The prices for goods are comparable to similar products in the United States, which seems high compared to elsewhere in Phnom Penh. However,... More

Daughters is an amazing place to visit. The work that they are doing for the girls caught in the sex trade is excellent, and you can watch a short video they have there about it. They've also started working for the sons of Cambodia as well. The food/smoothies are yummy and there are nice gifts you can buy from their... More

My friends and I started our day of shopping at Daughters, mainly because we knew it would have a lot of high quality products that we would like to buy, and we weren't disappointed. All three of us bought gifts for ourselves and family and friends back home knowing that all the money was going to a fantastic cause that... More

We first came here for lunch on a Sunday, but found it is not open on Sundays. I returned the following day and although I didn't eat here, I bought some of the very nice handicrafts made by the Daughters. They also have a spa area called Hands & Feet, where they do hand and feet massages. I also found... More

Great cafe with relaxing atmosphere and tasty food, we had the tomato-basil and pumpkin-ginger soups and both were very nice. Yummy desserts as well. Try the lemongrass tea! The shop has some really great, good quality and locally made products. Always happy to support a good cause. Well worth a visit!

This shop is a great find and it has some fantastic handmade gifts. You're not going to find a tacky cheap present for someone like you would in the markets. Instead these are lovingly made gifts at a respectable price with the money going to help save girls (and boys) from the sex industry and give them a good secure... More
