Bliss is one of the better quality and expensive spas in Phnom Penh but it is worth the extra $$. I've had great manicures and pedicures here. It is set in a beautiful colonial shop front building on Street 240 and also sells lovely, floaty cotton clothes, furnishings and jewellery.

Living in PP, we often visit the Spas. Bliss is a favourite, with very good, thoroughly professional and friendly staff. Go for the traditional Khmer footmassage. They will make you squirm, but it is bliss afterwards.

Somehow there's a spa behind the textile and clothing shop in this old villa with a nicely designed atmosphere. The old French villa tiles and the shop's textiles make it work. Unfortunately there's a lot of traffic to and fro in the spa hallway with people popping in and out of the rooms which isn't relaxing. Worth a visit.
