Really enjoyed my visit to Linna Culinary School, started with a great warm welcome from Linna who met me from the taxi, then took me to the local wholesale market to see all the sights (& smells). Back to the kitchen with our ingredients & started cooking, she was really patient & very informative about the process, then I had... More

Our experience at Linna Culinary School was an absolute blast. We had so much fun. Our host and teacher, Linna, first met us outside to guide us through a local traditional market. It is a brilliantly raw experience. We got to taste some of the food available at the market and there was plenty of great photographic opportunities as the... More

it was fun! Two people share a cooking station. We made rice paper rolls on arrival and had them as snacks, then we started cooking. Lovely rooftop dining area, very relaxing Was difficult to find the school . It's is not on Google maps yet.

I booked this for our family of 4 (children 15 & 13)to do something together that we would all be interested in, and Linna did not disappoint. Wandering through the markets was fantastic and she spoke great English too as she explained many of the different foods. The food preparation area was clean, tidy and a pleasure to cook in... More

Linna was an enthusiastic guide throughout the market, and an excellent teacher in her wonderfully equipped kitchen. Her location offers an oasis in the madness of Phnom Penh, with a tranquil dining terrace above the kitchens. We prepared fish amouk and it was excellent, can't wait to make it for a Cambodian feast back here in Canada. Highly recommend for... More

After a fairly harrowing previous day exploring the Killing Fields and the S-21 prison, Linna's cooking class was a fun, uplifting day highlighting the best of the new Cambodia - great food, friendly and entrepreneurial. We were taken on a tour of the local market with Linna and then returned to cook with her sister. Our first dish was assembling... More

Today I took a cooking class with Linna. She took us to the local market first. She showed and explained to us the different produce etc. and had us taste many of it. Then we went back to the school where we made our own appetizer, fresh spring rolls. We took a little break while eating them. So we were... More

I actually did this about a year ago and I promised to write a review for Linna but never got around to it till now! Our day started off by going to a nearby market and looking at different produce and things to buy - and trying them at the same time. Linna was really knowledgeable about the many, many... More

Participated in Linna's cooking class on 23rd Feb. What a great experience it was. We were lucky enough to be the only ones in the class that day (previous day had been 20). After our visit to the market we got into the cooking side of business. Her premises were lovely, being spotlessly clean, well appointed & well organised. We... More

We spent a WONDERFUL 1/2 day learning to cook Fish Amok with Linna. Her gorgeous kitchen is as spectacular as it is immaculate. We received Excellent teaching techniques from a woman who is passionate about her art. The Linna Culinary School is a lovely quiet oasis in the midst of the hubbub of the city. We dined on our culinary... More
