Searching for the real Cambodian cuisine, we found Linna Culinairy School. What an amazing experience! After a warm welcome we started off the day by visiting a local market. Linna explained us about the real Cambodia flavors, where they come from and how to use them in the kitchen. After the market Linna took us back to her kitchen and... More

I really enjoyed learning how to make some traditional Cambodian dishes, and I especially loved eating everything at the end! The staff were really lovely and went out of their way o make sure everyone in the group had fun. But the best bit of day was the trip to the local markets... This was definitely not for the faint... My friends and I had the pleasure of taking this class on our first day in Cambodia. We were jet lagged but awake and Linna proved to be a wonderful host. First we went on a tour of one of Phnom Penh's many markets. As with every market I've been to in Asia is was bustling and we had to... More

An army of servers are at your service and they are very willing to help. Be sure to call to see if it is open as it was closed when we went back for our second visit. Sorry to miss it as the setting was very nice once you got off the street. It was crowded so it might be... More

My husband and I had a wonderful time taking a class with Linna. It was so personalized and authentic - she is a very patient teacher and was able to provide a lot of information about local cuisine and culture, especially on the market tour portion of the outing. The school itself is beautiful and made cooking even more fun.... More

We paid for 3 people to cook and 4 people to eat. It cost $20 dollars just for an extra person to watch and eat. Overall the facility was very clean and nice. Also the trip to the market with Linna was enjoyable, interesting, but hot. Unfortunately the recipes for the day were not to our liking (Beef Lok Lak).... More

In September last year, I followed my husband came to Phnom Penh for business trip. Before departure, I'd have reservations courses in Hong Kong, even my registration date is not a off day, but they still open the course for me. Had a wonderful morning at Linna's culinary school. The highlight was the trip to the market to get the food for the meal. The market was packed with sellers from the countryside and their wares - delicious fruit, fish still squirming, chickens awaiting their final demise! After we returned to a yummy appetizer and then we were set to work... More

Lovely clean and spacious kitchens, and Linna was a lovely lady and a good teacher. I felt for the price it was a little expensive as we only taught and cooked 2 dishes.(but both very tasty, and easy to follow instructions) I went to a cooking School in Cheng Mai, Thailand and paid a little bit more but leant to... My 2 teenage daughters & I spent a morning in a cooking course in Phnom Penh with the Linna Culinary School. This is a fairly new (2010) cooking school that is a great way to learn some traditional Cambodian recipes in a clean, well equipped custom made kitchen set up. It included a tuk-tuk ride to visit a small local... More
