I took four classes at NataRaj Yoga when I was in Phnom Penh and each one was fantastic. The studio is a lovely, airy, two-storey building with a courtyard between it and the street, so it's fairly quiet and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. Below the studio there's a community room, which has fans, wifi, couches, yoga magazines, and... More

NataRaj Yoga studio is well organised, offers versatile and professional yoga classes for all levels with high qualities mats available for use, storage space for your things, and a shower facility for after class. It's easy to access (walking distance) if you're staying on the popular backpacker area of street 278 and even though the class costs around $9, it's... More

Being a Yoga teacher myself I like to find somewhere I can practice whilst I am travelling through Sth East Asia. After googling "Yoga" in Phnom Penh I was excited to find Nataraj Yoga, in which proceeds fund an NGO prgram which provides yoga lessons and also teacher training to local Cambodians some of whom become teachers, breaking the cycle... I took several classes at this studio while staying in Phnom Penh. The previous year I took a weekend workshop with a teacher visiting from the US. The different yoga classes are very well-taught and good for beginners as well as for regular practicioners like myself. I love the studio facilities - outdoors but covered and you can hear the... NataRaj yoga has good teachers and very friendly staff. Basic amenities which is okay since classes are not expensive. They are located in Central Phnom Penh which is very good. Easier for me to attend classes after work. I hope that they or we could help them find fundings to improve the overall ambiance of the place.

I have bought the 10 visit pass for a discounted volunteer rate and regularly go to yoga and pilates classes. Pilates are in a neighboring street in the Samata studio - a pleasant air conditioned environment with communal equipment so the only thing you need is to turn up. The staff is professional, even though it sometimes takes time to... More

As others have said, this is not an obvious visitor attraction, but if you need some time away from the hustle of the city or feel the need to stretch your body (quite hard to do in a city where walking is not such a pleasant option), this is the ideal spot. There are classes everyday with different teachers leading... More

I go to regular classes at NataRaj Yoga and I like it more and more. The centre is in a great location in central BKK1 (on street 302) and the studio is lovely. There is also a nice big roof terrace where some classes are held - both are light and airy (or as airy as you get in Phnom... More

Nataraj is an excellent yoga school in a quiet location in Phnom Penh, and is a popular choice among expats. The teachers cater for all levels and it's great to have a mix of foreign and Cambodian teachers, and the classes are always held in English. They have 10 pass cards you can buy, or alternatively attend the community class... More
