What a lovely day in the Park. And who knew you could find such well maintained paths - dirt for hiking up the hills, paved for strollers to see the water fall and old lake (Tasek Lama), and also a padded running path! Lots and lots of people about, but it did not seem crowded.

no waterfalls, the trek was straight up,1200 stairs! I gave up around 800 and had to sleep. The guides fed us lovely meals but I saw nothing I wanted to see.

Do you like nature and hiking? This is the place. Quite near the city centre, has a park, the "ladies path" and the "true men path". Both are really nice, you just have to choose to have fun and take a nice walk or to take a real hiking walk, with steep hills and vertiginous descents. But still, very beautiful,... More

The walk to the waterfall from the city is quite lovely, and once you reach the park gates the path is nicely landscaped - and it would be a good spot for a picnic. The falls themselves are not particularly amazing - but it is a good spot to kill half an hour if you are visiting BSB any time.

This beautiful gem is an escape within the city centre itself. It's a nice hike in the morning with a beautiful waterfall. Lots of built up tracks but there are off the beaten path trails too.

Trails that run for miles through the jungle or just take an easy walk to the waterfall, playgrounds for kids. Great place in the centre of BSB

Tasek Lama- direct translation from Malay it mean "old Lake",. It is probably the first reservior of Bandar Seri Begawan and still functioning. On top of the park is a beautiful lake surrounded by rainforest. There is even a waterfall at the end of the road. Due to it proximity to the town and easy accessible, it is very popular... More

Good place for a hike right in the middle of the city. There is a decent viewing tower at the top of the hill as well. Although there is mention (and a photo near the entrance) of a waterfall, we could not find it.

This is a beautiful hiking experience. The trails are doable I am a middle aged woman and I had two young children abd we were able to climb the hill to see the viewpoint. It is a very serene moment looking over Brunei. It is a good alternative if you are not able to go to a rainforest tour. There are... More
