Most historical place of Bangladesh. Ramna Batamul of Ramna Park is central point of almost all cultural activities specially Bengali festival "Pohela Boishakh - First day of Bengali Month". This is also a very good place for morning and evening exercise.

nice, calm place in a busy dhaka city. the place is mostly used for morning/evening walk. a small good lake (or pond) is there. this place is most colorful in 14th April of each year (pohela boishakh celebration).

Its really a large place. Its in the centre of Dhaka city. Good for the morning and evening walkers. Not a suitable place after 8 pm. Not recommended as well.

This is a monumental place in Dhaka..and a must see place..Its a big park primarily for jogging and walking..and also heart of almost all national celebration specially pohela boishak. Over the years the environment inside the park has gone from bad to worste, there is also security situation,,so dont go alone if u r foreigner..

Green in the concrete city. If you ask me in Dhaka where can I go for fresh air, shadow of tree, and for nature? I will say go to Ramna Park. In the heart of the city green trees can make your time enjoyable. Your kids can run or play, you can gossip with your friends and family.. in the... More

Actually visited the restaurant & not the park itself. It was quite okay. Went there for breakfast. Just the basic stuff like parathas, vegetable & eggs. The best part is the setting inside the park. Having the food outside beneath a gazebo with the lake beside it. The greenery, the pond & the crowd.

It was my first meeting with my girl friend who stays in Dhaka. We met at Ramna Park, quiet, clean & relaxed place. Place is so cool because of the lake & the trees. I loved the Ramna Park. It was a amazing experience. Clean water, tall tress. Only one thing I dis-liked about Ramna Park is - Flower Sellers.... More
