This is one of the best place to visit during your stay in Yerevan, Armenia. It's a giant stairway that offers you an obstructed view of the city and most especially Mt. Ararat. I went there early in the morning and able to see the magnificent view of Mt. Ararat and central Yerevan. Late afternoon is also a good time... More

As a tourleader I try to add this wonderful museum to the program but each time I have to find some extra time - maybe it doesn't offer pure Armenian art, which could add to their nationalistic feelings but as a foreigner I enjoy ALL the beauties of the city and The Cascade is a MUST SEE place in Yerevan.... The exterior of Cascade, is very beautiful. In addition to stairs has multiple levels with fountains and sculptures. from the stairs I could see unobstructed views of central Yerevan and Mount Ararat. The evenings are alive and romantic in the Cascade.

The Cascade has a number of nice sculptures, and is also attracts a number of locals, which is also quite nice. Well worth wandering around. A number of cafes nearby which are perfect for people watching,

I was surprised to find this in Yerevan. Interesting selection of modern art, much donated by wealthy foreign Armenians. I particularly liked the small museum of glass pieces, some of which were donated by the artist who did the famous ceiling of the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas and the lion made of chunks of recycled tyres. I would have... More

The Cascade is a must see in Yerevan. Hard not to find it, as it's located in the heart of the city, and everyone will tell you that you should go there. From the outside stairs, and a sculpture park in front. While the inside of the Cascade hide 6 seperate art galleries, and a few exhibition spaces on two... More

It's a modern construction like an enormous stone scale on the hill. It's particular and nice to see. The internal areas are exhibitions. Externally a garden with numerous modern statues.

There are several interesting art objects here, as well as in the adjoining park in front of the Cascade. It's also a bit of a gathering place for locals, so it's a fun visit.
