This ugly piece of architecture in Yerevan doesn't worth a visit in itself except for its art collection and the wonderful views to Mont Ararat when the weather is good. Don't spend so much time there but make sure to visit the top of it as sunset, the views are amazing.

I've been to Armenia 3 times and every time I have stayed right next to Cascade. It's definitely the heart of the city, the most expensive and beautiful neighbourhood in Armenia and a source of calm, relaxation and attraction for all travelers. I loved the place.

It has good view to take a glance to the city of Yerevan. I will recommend ti to visit. There are many stairs to climbing. It is beautiful and a very good place to take photo and videos.

It is a hugeee stairs and platforms.. at daylight maybe a bit boring (but still impressive) but worth visiting at evening when it´s dark and Cascade lights up.. Go up there and enjoy amazing view all over Yerevan and also back there you can see Mt Ararat (when the sky is clear). Defenitly one of my favourite places.

The Cascade is a beautiful Yerevan landmark, but if you climb the stairs all the way to the top prepare to be disappointed. The top has remained unfinished for almost a decade and is just poor quality fencing, exposed rebar and dirt.

i strongly recommend that you plan to visit the Cascade towards the end of the afternoon. The sculpture garden at the base is worth a visit, but then do climb the steps up to the very top. On the way, there are more sculptures to admire at the different levels. Then, at the top, reward yourself with a few minutes... More

We liked this pretty unique combination and we can only laud the architect who figured out what to do to connect the monument on top (50y of Armenia in Sowjet Union) with the boulevards down in the valley. And thanks to the sponsor, who finished it at times when a country like Armenia might have other priorities. Currently in construction... More

Is a good way to get some exercise if you want to walk the steps to the top. Is in a beautiful location and gives very good view of the downtown area of Yerevan and on a clear day to Mt. Ararat and the surrounding hills. At the bottom are mostly restaurants and some museum. The art work in the... More

the Cascade is approached via a garden with some very strange modern sculptures. From heavy symbolic blocks, coloured glass, lots of hares, elephants teapots and blue fish right up to the bottom of the Cascade The structure of the Cascade looks like a pre-Colombian pyramid Stairs that lead up and up, dotted with odd sculptures and levels where there are...
