Is a good way to get some exercise if you want to walk the steps to the top. Is in a beautiful location and gives very good view of the downtown area of Yerevan and on a clear day to Mt. Ararat and the surrounding hills. At the bottom are mostly restaurants and some museum. The art work in the... More

the Cascade is approached via a garden with some very strange modern sculptures. From heavy symbolic blocks, coloured glass, lots of hares, elephants teapots and blue fish right up to the bottom of the Cascade The structure of the Cascade looks like a pre-Colombian pyramid Stairs that lead up and up, dotted with odd sculptures and levels where there are... Unfortunately in march the waterfeatures are still off. But going huge scale is a beautiful experience specially when you enjoy the scultures around and yerevan view. It is good how this place is offering a free electric scale for the daily use of pedestrians, since the distance and denivelation is consederable.

It is a beautiful place in the center of Yerevan , there are cafes, restaurants and pubs in there which are a very good place to relax and have a good time . Some very famous statues are in public display in Cafesjian Sculpture Garden. There is Cafesjian center of arts in the north part .

we went there in evening and as we were so tired after all day walking, we did not climb it up.just visiting the sculptures and sitting there looking around.there are a lot of locals and tourists around and it's a cool place to visit when you have no other choice.

In addition to providing a great view of MT Ararat in the centre of Yerevan, the Cascade has an interesting collection of modern art both on the outside and inside of the structure. Since you'll no doubt pass by the Cascade whenever you're in the Yerevan city centre, you have no reason not to visit this interesting structure.

This is my favorite place in Yerevan. You can have a panoramic view of Yerevan from the Top. It connects upper and central part of Yerevan. Well designed, with different museums inside(btw. most of them are for free). and a lot of art pieces both inside and outside Sure you'll enjoy!
