I have visited Lake Sevan the beautiful 3 times.
One of those times was on March and the lake water was frozen.

Lake Sevan is a special place.
Beach and the whole infrastructure around is like an open air museum of soviet times. Everything looks like from the old movie. Getting there during the weekends is an adventure. Party with loud music and lots of vodca starts before midday.
Be prepared for few shots cause peoples hospitality is amaizing.

I rented a car and drove to the northern shore, which has no crowds and is very quiet. I can't describe the beauty of this lake and surrounding mountains.
