the mud baths and thermal springs are nice and relaxing and you definety feel clean when leaving. We booked with the hotel for the bus to pick us up and return to the hotel, it was only a few dollars each way, unless you want to lay around the pool area you only need a couple of hours here.

The first time we went, we felt a bit herded around. The place was busy and we were taken for our massages (which weren't great) to a little characterless metal/concrete shack round the back. The second time we took my parents and it was much, much better. There were fewer people (despite it being July) and we weren't rushed through.... More

After staying in Nha Trang for one day and with the beach front absolutely heaving, we decided to head off to Thap Ba Hotsprings, only a £3 taxi ride away from city centre. As we were on our honeymoon we booked the VIP spa for the day, service when you first enter spa is impeccable and private room with mud... More

Enjoyable way to spend some down time. We arranged transportation through our hotel reception & the Thap Ba mini bus picked us up at 8 am. (60,000 return) Once at the entrance you have a choice of packages. We opted for the 1,100,000 for 2 per. which included mud tub, mineral bath, refreshments then finally a foot massage. Had lunch... We really enjoyed our afternoon at the mud baths. We went a couple of hours before closing and as we were in the cold pool after the mud bath itself, the sky was turning and it was just really nice. The pool was nearly empty too. As there was just two of us we knew we might have to share... More

Really enjoyed my day out here. The swimming pools (hot and cold) are great (if a little crowded) The mineral bath you get was good but the main attraction is the wooden mud baths themselves. Definitely something different to do! Tip: Use the shuttle bus as a taxi here is expensive!

I didn't splurge and get the egg and I totally regret it. That said, I went for the cheap version and spent like $8 or something for the mud bath, mineral waters, and pick up/drop off at my hotel. Also, you're paying for mud. So, whether it's a communal mud bath or a private egg....it's mud. I thought it was... More

I took my a while to find the Thap Ba Hot Springs but after writing the name on the hand and showing it to a handful of confused-looking Vietnamese-people I finally arrived. I had before-hand already planned of only doing the mud-bath and nothing else, since I'm running short on money this month. A young girl saw me looking at... More

Worth making the effort to go, was experience 40 usd ,we got the VIP treatment. Mud bath for 3 then a shower, then another salt and mineral bath and finally a waterfall rinse. Didn't bother about the pool as we had a great one back at our hotel.

We visited Nha Trang on a recommendation at the completion of a tour through South East Asia. As a group of 5 we pre-booked private, VIP spa treatments prior to leaving Australia. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Included in our package were transfers from our hotel. We were met by friendly, English speaking... More
