Sitting a tub full of gooey mud took me back to my childhood, I made sure I rubbed plenty of mud into my skin to get the benefit. Then it was a shower off, a soak in a mineral water tub then lastly a swim in a large mineral swimming pool. It was an experience I enjoyed very much. Getting... More

Thap Ba Hot Springs is really easy to access, any taxi can take you there from town. Plan to spend at least half a day there. I managed a mud bath, mineral spa, a massage, and a relax in the sun. Very well organised with changing locker facilities. A good day out for couples or families.

Visited this spa quite a lot over the years. It was better from my point of view many years ago as it was easier to get a massage. Each time I've been there lately the massage has always been booked out. The girls are very well trained and you walk out feeling a million bucks. So get there early. The... More

We spent about 5 hours at the Hot Springs and it was amazing. We took a taxi from town which costs around 100-130k dong. So cheap. We are a family of 5 and got a package for four adults and the youngest (5) was free. It was 1,800,000 Dong. Huge value here!!! Just do it!!

Go early and avoid the crowds, I think the place is open from 7am but double check that one. I arrived just after 8am and had one of the communal baths to myself for a good while, then shared with only two others the mineral spa. Hygiene is good, they change thr mud/water per bathing session. Access to thr warm... More

Fourth visit in three years......great fun thing to do when in Nha Trang. Your hotel will get you started.....arrange pick up from hotel and return after. When you arrive you have some choices to make.....we think the communal pools are best because you get to meet interesting people from around the world.....and they are cheaper than the pricier private bathing.... We chose a package that included a private mub bath, mineral bath, massage and snack. You get use of a private area and pool to avoid the chaos - would recommend.

Good points: At VND 600,000 each person you can enjoy two sessions of mud bath and warm mineral bath. You can lie in the bath tub as long as you like, however, the recommended time for each session by the health consultants is 20-30 minutes only. The place is located on the mountain and is very large so you don't... More

Was a little confusing about where and what we were to do, but this is in keeping with Vietnam's craziness and added to the experience. Was great fun in the mud bath and was a relaxing experience. We also spent a while just sitting by the pool and had a nice pasta meal.
