I've been to several racing tracks around the world and I count this as one of the most unique racing experiences I've come across. The horses are small, the jockeys look like kids and I doubt they'd get within 25 lengths of a thoroughbred but it was an extremely fun day.

A great place to spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Its pretty run down, the horses are really ponies ridden by kids but everyone is having such a great time, you can access all areas, there are some classic characters, good food stalls and you can even have a bet (max 10,000 VND) a time. When I went they said that it was recently upgraded...from what? A dump? Very campy in the VIP section with pink sofas and not much else. Food is nothing more than 7-11 fare. The jockeys, in torn silks, are 10 and 11 years old! REALLY!
